Exercise 1 — Choose two discussion questions
Pick two abstract Part 3 questions from different themes.
- How can individuals help protect the environment?
- Should students work part-time while studying?
- What are the effects of social media on relationships?
- How important is lifelong learning in today's society?
- Do people rely too much on technology for health advice?
- Has globalisation made the world better or worse?
Exercise 2 — Write two AREAS responses
Write a full A-R-E-A-S response for each question. Make sure each one includes a genuine Alternative view, and use linking language (because, for instance, on the other hand, overall).
